The client
Sterling Ridge Resort is a log cabin resort located in Jeffersonville, Vermont, just minutes from Smuggler’s Notch. They offer private cabin rentals ranging from small studios to large group cabins. Their resort also offers a wide range of amenities, peaceful outdoor areas, and year-round access to a variety of recreational activities.
The challenge
When Sterling Ridge approached us in 2019, they had just purchased the property, and bookings were way down. They were looking to gain a better understanding of how their marketing efforts were impacting bookings.
The Solution
In the early stages of our partnership, we helped them resolve issues with their website and booking engine that were limiting bookings. We set up comprehensive data tracking to allow us to properly optimize all marketing channels and completely revamped their digital advertising campaigns.
We formed a collaborative relationship, meeting regularly and consulting on industry trends and new marketing initiatives. Together, we navigated the ups and downs of COVID-19. Just in 2024, our digital advertising efforts broke records for nights booked 8 out of 12 months.
